Our Story

From a young age, Natalia can remember wanting to open a restaurant with her brother, Andrei. They loved creating recipes and mixing concoctions together. After the loss of Andrei in an auto accident in 2005, Natalia and her family decided to pursue this life-long goal in memory of Andrei and his remarkable legacy.

Inspiration for the Andrei’s menu was drawn from his love of travel, intermixing the rich traditions and flavors of many cultures, with a focus on the principle that healthy food and decadent flavors should coexist. Locally grown, sustainably farmed and fair-traded ingredients are used at every opportunity with the goal to not only enhance the quality of the food, but also to support a more responsible attitude towards our community and the world around us.

Above all else, it has been important to Natalia to create a restaurant that fosters kindness and togetherness. A meal is one of the few places in today’s busy world where friends, family, colleagues and even strangers, can stop everything else and simply relish each other’s company. Natalia hopes to create an experience at Andrei’s that “offers you many new sparks of laughter and enjoyment along life’s journey.”

Andrei’s is a not-for-profit restaurant that donates 100% of net proceeds to the Andrei Foundation, a 501.c3 foundation that supports a variety of philanthropic causes. More information can be found at www.andreifoundation.com.
